Spirit Dancing:
- Spirit Dance classes are available for your group. You must provide the location. Classes generally last 1 1/2 - 2 hours. The cost is a flat rate of $75.00.

Definitions
Energy Therapy: Using intuition and extrasensory healing methods, energy therapy can shift negative patterning at the energetic level; healing physical, emotional, mental and spiritual unbalances. Examples include eliminating migraines, panic attacks and other physical and/or emotional ailments. Methods include hands off and/or non-invasive touch therapy.
Massage: Hands on manipulation of muscles and tissue, providing increased circulation, increased internal respiration of the tissues and improved breathing. Improves and maintains functions of metabolism, hormones, and the female productive cycle. Aids in digestion, strengthens muscles, relaxes muscular fatigue, and helps to balance the nervous system.
Raindrop Therapy: Raindrop Therapy combines aromatherapy with massage techniques through the application of essential oils to various areas of the body, bringing balance and harmony to the body - physically, mentally, and emotionally. Many types of spinal misalignments are caused by viruses and bacteria that lie dormant along the spine resulting in inflammation and deformity. Raindrop Therapy uses a sequence of nine highly anti-microbial essential oils dropped gently on the spine and then lightly massaged in using various hand to body techniques.
Reiki: (pronounced ray-key) A Japanese healing system used for stress reduction, relaxation and healing of the body, mind and spirit using universal life force energy.
Rising Star: It raises the vibration of the aura (human energy field) around every living thing. The Rising Star allows the practitioner and the receiver to still the mind and transfer divine life energy to the part of your being that needs it most, for your healing and rebalancing to full health.
Spirit Dancing : Easy to learn songs and movements based on sacred phrases from religions around the world.
The goal of Spirit Dancing is spiritual unfolding, of opening our hearts, and being in a state of oneness. A very fun and uplifting practice for exercising the body, mind and spirit.
